Reading a lot of books is extremely difficult.

At least, that’s what I used to think. We often spend our days complaining that we have a busy schedule, and so we don’t have time to read each day. But in reality, we all have a lot more time than we think.

If you’re anything like my past-self, that’s something which has crossed your mind. You have a genuine desire to learn and fall in love with reading books you enjoy. But for one reason or another, you don’t know how to start.

I know exactly how you feel. For many years, I struggled with reading books as I always had loads of other things to do. So naturally, I thought it was impossible to read every day.

The truth is that my negative mindset was holding me back. But, when I began implementing the habits of successful readers, I found it much easier to read more frequently. As the author, Charles Duhigg once said:

“Once you understand that habits can change, you have the freedom and the responsibility to remake them.”
