The internet is filled with advice on the daily habits you need to become a great writer. However, very few people talk about the habits that prevent people from becoming successful.

I feel that it’s certainly something that needs to be talked about in more detail. Because during my time as a professional writer, I’ve realized that the habits you don’t implement are equally important as the ones you do.

So once you identify the daily habits that are sabotaging your success, it’s much easier to eliminate them and create the writing career that you deserve.

1. They Don’t Have A Daily Routine.

For several months, I attempted to become a successful writer. But no matter how hard I tried, nothing seemed to work. I kept experiencing failure after failure and often found myself struggling to write something interesting. The reason? A lack of consistency.

I’ve discovered that when you do something every day, it’s much easier to avoid procrastination and anything else that may prevent you from achieving success.
