Without even knowing you, I can tell that you want to improve every aspect of your life.
Perhaps you want to make new friends, improve your relationships, or anything else, which is vital to your happiness. Or maybe, you have a desire to eliminate any feelings of anxiety that are holding you back from a better social life.
Deep down, you know that it’s possible to become more likable. But for one reason or another, you don’t know where to start.
It sucks.
Over the years, I’ve found myself in the same position as you many times. But I’ve learned that the best way to improve your social life is by looking at the habits of likable people, and then implementing them in your own life. In the words of the Greek philosopher, Epictetus:
“First say to yourself what you would be; and then do what you have to do.”
So below is a collection of ways to become more likable. Each one of these insights helped me to improve my social life for the better, and I’m sure they will do the same for you, too.
