Are you questioning your sanity while in quarantine?

We all want to enjoy our lives, meet up with friends, and to live each day with a sense of optimism. But when you’re stuck at home due to a global pandemic, that can be pretty difficult.

Consequently, you can’t help but feel increasingly anxious, isolated from the world, and terrified at what the next few months may hold. After all, thousands of people are currently dying each day from a deadly disease.

It sucks.

Deep down, you know that something in your life needs to change so you can stay sane during these turbulent times. But the problem is that you don’t know where to start.

Anxiety & depression are feelings that many of us will experience during this global pandemic. But I’ve learned that the best way to overcome them is by building new habits that encourage you to improve your mental health. In the words of Dan Millman:

“The secret of change is to focus all your energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new.”
