Hello,

I know you can’t control it. These thoughts, feelings & emotions are overwhelming your brain, keeping you up at night, and destroying your emotional wellbeing.

I’ve been there. I know how it feels.

Listen, I’m not going to tell you to calm down or take some “time out” to reflect on your emotions.

That doesn’t tend to work for most of us. But if you clicked this medium story, you are definitely struggling with your inner self, and trying to make sense of everything that’s happening around you.

I do not promise to have all the answers. I’m not going to tell you there’s some magic secret that will make all of your problems disappear.

It’s not that simple.

But I do promise to be here for you. Because even when everything seems lost & you are feeling isolated, at least you will have someone to talk to.

I hope this helps.

I bet you’ve spent a lot of time over the past few days staying up until 3 am, unable to think, concentrate, or focus on what you want in life.

You feel like there’s nothing that can be done to heal your pain, fix your wounds, and to feel normal again.
