As a British person with a British family, I'm well versed to explain the situation happening in the UK. It can be described in 3 words: Everything is f*cked.

Energy bills are skyrocketing. People are going to die. I wish that was hyperbole. But it's not. When it costs 10x more to hear your home, you won't. People will freeze if it's a cold winter. Hospitals will struggle. So will care homes.

The Govt is already in a political crisis. The new PM (coming this week) probably won't do much to fix the situation.

It's going to be a dire winter for everyone in the UK.
