…ey need to respect your work hours, even if you’re just in your bedroom writing under the blankets. Put a do-not-disturb sign on the door if necessary. You will never be productive enough and reach your true potential if someone interrupts you every 10 minutes.

Great idea Alice! When I go and visit home for a few weeks, my parents are always knocking on the door asking me to do x, y & z because “I’m home”. However, work hours are still work hours… and so they should be respected.
