Find A Little Bit Of Time In Your Schedule.
I used to think it was impossible to create a daily meditation habit as I never had several hours in my schedule to sit down and think. So naturally, I immediately gave up on the idea as it wasn’t feasible.
But when I found myself experiencing feelings of anxiety, I knew that something had to change, as I didn’t want my mental health to deteriorate even further. I had to give it a go. I couldn’t meditate for three hours at a time. However, I could certainly do it for thirty minutes.
