Insecurities are aspects of our lives that are extremely difficult to share. Often results of failure or rejection, the negative beliefs that we uphold about ourselves can have lasting consequences affecting our mental, physical & sexual health.

I need to be honest with you. The truth is that most of us are afraid of revealing insecurities due to a fear of what others may think.

We’re scared of how our friends & family could react.

We’re worried about the consequences of being exposed and left emotionally vulnerable; subject to the opinions of a judgmental society.

If you’re reading this, I expect you can probably relate to these words written upon a screen.

We have unrealistic expectations of ourselves knowing that we will (almost) never achieve them.

We stare at ourselves in the mirror, wishing we could talk differently, look different, and feel more confident in our own bodies.

We look at others and get jealous because they are currently living a life that is completely out…
