I Tried Tim Ferriss’s Routine — And It Blew My Mind
Steal these habits if you want to be more productive
Most morning routines are poorly structured.
We’re often lazy and don’t optimize our days for maximum productivity. So, despite wanting to work at superhuman speeds, we often struggle to get things done. That’s why I recently embarked on a quest to discover the habits that lead to success.
Using lots of scientific evidence and psychological research, I discovered that Tim Ferriss has an incredible morning routine. And thankfully, it’s easy to implement his habits into your own life.
So without further delay, I want to share several useful habits from Tim Ferriss, author of The 4-Hour Workweek.
1) Make Your Bed
“The goal is visual tidiness,” writes Tim Ferriss in a blog post. “Not Four Seasons. I don’t tuck in the sheets. I have a large blanket or duvet, and I’ll use that to cover the sheets, smoothing it out. Then, I place the pillows symmetrically underneath or on top of the blanket, and I’m done.”
