…h a boat to the UK right after work just because one of us would say, “I wish we had Nando’s here.” Nando’s, a non-fancy grilled chicken restaurant chain, has sentimental meaning to us. We also used to break a long flight with a quick stopover trip for an extra fun time with so little planning. Spontaneity was the word.
