How often do you judge yourself?

It’s not a question that most people enjoy answering. However, honesty and self-awareness are fundamental characteristics for creating a better future.

Let me explain.

We’ve all heard the cliche of nobody is perfect, and that we all have flaws and imperfections. But once we start striving to improve our lives, it becomes a lot easier to question why we’re not “good enough” compared to other people.

It sucks.

You see, the only way to change your life is to first begin by removing judgment, and examining what makes you happy. Naval Ravikant said it best:

“Happiness is the absence of suffering. It comes from peace. That comes from being careful about desire, judgment, and reaction.”

Step One: Define Your Fear Of Not Knowing What To Say

We all have an inner conscience inside of our head that creates anxiety in situations, which only heightens the level of nervousness. It’s your inner voice screaming:

  • What if I’m not interesting?
