I like taking on constructive feedback. I'm in a slack group with a bunch of Medium's biggest writers. We all give feedback to improve each other's work and make progress.

Ignore the true naysayers. Their advice won't do much but make you feel terrible. But constructive criticism? That stuff is golden treasure.
