Let me tell you something…
Medium has flaws. I’ll be the first to admit it, as I’ve frequently criticised the platform. It’s not perfect by any means.
But neither are we.
Every single person on this Earth has flaws and imperfections. That’s part of what makes us unique. Every day, we are learning, evolving, and striving to improve. Medium is, too.
For thousands of years, humans were forced to work jobs they hated. Many had the potential to be fantastic artists, athletes, and writers. But, unless they came from a very wealthy family, they never had the chance to see if their dream was even possible.
Now, things are different. Sure, you (probably) won’t make a million dollars from writing on Medium. But that’s okay. Because even if you only make one dollar from your creativity, that’s more than most people have throughout human history.
By publishing on Medium, you have an opportunity to share your thoughts with thousands of people. You can inspire someone to improve their relationships, learn to code, or change their life.
