Thank you for sharing such a wonderful response, Nicole. I totally agree. There are always fine tune adjustments we can make for better health. Perhaps it's diet. Maybe exercise (I've started going on long walks twice a day now). Little things now will have a big impact in 5, 10, 20 years time.
