Earlier this morning, I was looking out of my bedroom window into the backyard. The birds, bees, spiders, and many other animals were going about their daily routine in harmony with each other. The snow was falling from the sky and settling on the ground like a white blanket. It was beautiful.

Then, as I finished a mug of coffee, an interesting question popped into my head: “What’s the meaning of life?” It’s something that pretty much all of us have thought about. Yet, very few people seem to know the answer.

That got me thinking. Perhaps we haven’t come up with an answer because there isn’t one. So instead of spending years (or decades) trying to search for the meaning of life, a better strategy could be to try and live a life of meaning.

Here are several ways that you can start.

Become The Author Of Your Life’s Story.

Take a moment to imagine that every day is a new page of a book about your life. What do you want your story to look like? What do you want your legacy to be once you eventually leave this earth? What can you each day to get a tiny bit closer to the future you desire?
